COVID-19 Info

Dear Guests,

At Meriwether's Bistro, the health and safety of our guests and team is more important than anything else. 

​

We began implementing additional cleaning & sanitation practices, closely monitoring employee attendance and training our team members on additional health & safety steps several weeks ago when Coronavirus first affected our nation. Since then we have been working closely with the Idaho Public Health- District 2 Department. As they have issued updated information, sanitation practices and other recommendations we have been initiating follow-up training with our staff on a daily basis.

 

The well-being of our families, our guests and team members is always our highest priority and we will continue to monitor this situation through local & national health organizations. Like you, our hearts go out to those who have been affected by this virus.

 

We believe it is our responsibility to be here for our guests and community. At this time our dining room is OPEN with social distancing in place.  We are offering Room Service to all in house guests and invite you to enjoy either To-Go or  Curbside pick up and our new free delivery service (learn more here).
